“Elsie? Honey…what’re you doing still up?” her mom said from the doorway. In all actuality she wasn’t still up. She was lying on her arms that were folded over her keyboard.
“Honey?” Kathy asked her daughter. She walked over to her daughter and poked her slightly. Yep! She’s out. Kathy left her daughter’s room and went to get her husband.
“Honey? Can you do me a favor?” Kathy asked from their doorway.
“Sure. What is it?” Christopher looked up, his black plastic rimmed glasses on the edge of his nose.
“Can you put Elsie in her bed? She’s asleep at her computer.” Kathy said apologetically.
“Sure.” He answered. He followed his wife up the stairs leading to Elsie’s room and walked in. Sure enough, she was asleep at her computer. Or her comp as she liked to call it. He walked over to his daughter, picked her up and carried her to her bed. When she was tucked in and the lights out, Christopher and his wife went to bed.

The weirdest thing happened yesterday.” Elsie said to her brother Liam the next morning.
“Yeah? What happened?” he asked.
“Well, I met a guy online—“ Elsie started.
”Elsie…” Liam warned.
“And he goes to my school and he’s my age and he looks a lot like—“ Elsie hurried.
“Elsie Margaret Boldevear! You can’t go around IMing with people you don’t know!” Liam scolded.
